Board of Directors

As with all credit unions, Health Care Credit Union is a non-profit cooperative with a volunteer board of directors elected from and by the membership.  The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of the credit union approving all credit union operations.
 
Board of Directors

Elizabeth (Dede) Cummings:  Dede is a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor and Independent Clinical Supervisor for Affinity Behavioral Health.  She has been employed there for 23 years.  Dede joined Health Care Credit Union in 1988 and has served our Board of Directors since 1995.  She is currently serving as the Board Chairperson.

Darin Schoening:  Darin is currently a student at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, College of Education and Human Services and is also working as a substitute teach for the Menasha Joint School District.  Prior to that he was employed as the Director of Facilities Support Services for Mercy Medical Center.  Darin joined Health Care Credit Union in 2007 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2010.  He is currently serving as the Board Vice-Chairperson. 

Adam Ellison:  Adam is a Senior Application System Administrator for Aurora Health Care.  He has been a member of Health Care Credit Union since 1995 and joined the Board of Directors in 2006.  Adam is currently serving as Secretary.

Paula Pedretti:  Paula is a staff nurse at Winnebago Mental Health Institute.  She previously worked as an employee of Health Care Credit Union before getting her nursing degree at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.  Paula has been a member for more that ten years and joined the Board of Directors in 2010.  She is currently serving as Treasurer.

Sue Bayer-Jabb:  Sue is a job trainer for Affinity employees working out of the Network Health Plan office in Menasha.  She joined the board in 2003 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a business degree.  Prior to that she worked in the Behavioral Health inpatient services area at Mercy Medical Center.  Sue is currently serving as a Director. 

Lory Clochesy:  Lory is an Information Systems Project Leader at Affinity Health System.  She has been employed with Affinity for more than 30 years in various roles.  She has been a member of Health Care Credit Union for more than ten years and has been on our Board of Directors since 2003.  She is currently serving as a Director.  Lory is also the Health Care Credit Union Scholarship Committee Chair as well as the Board of Directors representative for the Brooklyn Condominium Association Committee.

Ted Bowen:  Ted is a lifelong resident of Oshkosh with a Journalism degree.  He also served for five years in the United States Air Force.  After more than 20 years working for Service Litho Print, he retired in 2009.  Ted is very active in yachting and has served on multiple board of directors.  He as been a member of Health Care Credit Union for more than 30 years.  Ted is currently serving as a Director.
