Nacho Chicken Breasts
Ingredients:
2 T mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried Italian Seasoning
2 skinned and boned half chicken breasts (4 pieces)
3/4 c Nacho Cheese Dorito chips (use a rolling pin)
1 T melted butter
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients and spread on chicken with spoon or knife. Roll chicken breasts in crushed chips to make sure both sides are coated. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and drizzle with butter. Make at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
