Derek Groth, President/CEO
Connecting with the credit union’s members and helping them reach their financial goals is what drives Derek, since joining the credit union in 2013. A graduate of UW Oshkosh with a degree in Finance, he likes to take the time to work with members on a personal basis to help them achieve financial security. In addition to his degree, Derek has completed his certification for FICEP (the CUNA Financial Counseling Certification Program). By completing this program, he has the ability to work one on one with Health Care Credit Union members. Derek grew up in Oshkosh and when not working, one could say he is an outdoor enthusiast as he enjoys sporting events, golfing, fishing, and traveling up to Northern Wisconsin with his wife Kimberly. He is also giving back to his community as a member of the Northside Quarterback Club (treasurer), and the Oshkosh Plan Commission. Just recently he also joined Oshkosh Mid- Morning Kiwanis.
Danielle R Hilbert, Vice President/CLO
Danielle has the ability to help members solve complex problems achieving a positive outcome when they are struggling to navigate a tough financial situation. She especially enjoys seeing the smile on their faces when they are able to accomplish their goals. Since starting her career in 2006, Danielle has seen just about every situation possible presented by our members. Originally from Merrill Wisconsin, she received her Associates Degree in Business Management from Fox Valley Technical College. She is a Certified CU Financial Counselor (CCUFC) and a Wisconsin Licensed Mortgage officer (NMLS) as well as a State of Wisconsin Notary. Danielle belongs to the Greater Fox Valley and Fond du Lac County Chapter of Credit Unions and serves on various committees in those organizations. Her volunteer efforts also extend to Feeding America and various charities through the credit union. Danielle and her husband Tom reside in Appleton with their young daughter Emma. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the family cottage during all of Wisconsin’s seasons, by boating, tubing skiing, fishing and snowshoeing. She grew up on a dairy farm in Merrill, which her father and brother still own and operate. Lessons learned on the farm serve Danielle and HCCU members well today.
Vicky Utecht, Loan Processor
Vicky brought 18 years of experience with her when Health Care Credit Union and Pluswood Group Credit Union merged in 2015. She is known for providing members with extraordinary customer service and during her years with the credit union and has come to know the members very well. Her philosophy in doing the work she does and providing services is to “meet our members where they are.” She understands it is in the day to day decisions facing people that build a secure financial future. Whether it is budgeting, investing, planning for a child’s education, or looking to retirement, Vicky and the HCCU team have the knowledge and skills to offer assistance. Vicky has been married to her husband Steve for over 40 years and together they have four children and nine grandchildren which keep them both busy in the free time they share together. When she does have a few spare minutes to herself, she enjoys shopping or catching up with friends over lunch.
Rachel Ziegler, Consumer Loan Officer
Rachel learned her customer service skills on the front lines of restaurant management, her most recent position before joining the Health Care Credit Union team in 2017. While she started on the teller line at the credit union, she is proud that she is now a consumer loan officer. She enjoys getting to know the members and is particularly adept at applying her pragmatic and levelheaded approach to helping them solve sometimes overwhelming situations. She is a graduate of Fox Valley Technical College with an Associate Degree in Business Management and Marketing. She prides herself on the HCCU’s philosophy of “people helping people” and works to implement it in her everyday interactions with members. Rachel is active in her profession, belonging to the Wisconsin Credit Union League’s Young Professionals. Rachel is from a family of five including her parents and two siblings. Her extended family is important to her with weekly dinners at her Grandparents’ home. In her free time she enjoys watching Netflix original shows, experimenting with recipes she finds on Pinterest, crafting, and spending time with family.
Tevin Noe-LeBeck, Member Service Representative
Tevin joined Health Care Credit Union in 2017 armed with his Associates Degree in Banking and Financial Services. He brings a team player attitude and an ability to manage his time well to his position as an Operations/Member Service Representative. Tevin and the HCCU team will work with members to help them understand where they are financially and guide them as they make important decisions about their finances. He believes in collaboration, helping his co-workers if, or when a second pair of hands is needed. The majority of Tevin’s free time is spent with his wife Nikki, and their two young children Violet and Zaiden. He does try to squeeze in a little fishing when he can. While originally from Neenah, he and his wife have put down permanent roots in Oshkosh.
Cora Reinke, Member Service Representative
Cora joined the Health Care Credit Union team in 2018 as a Member Service Representative. Eager to learn, Cora is friendly and outgoing with members, truly embracing what makes HCCU special, which is knowing each member personally. Her positive and can-do attitude are serving her well in financial service industry. Cora’s home is filled with three cats and a dog all of whom she considers her children. She grew up in Wild Rose with her parents, one brother, and one sister. When not working she enjoys spending time with her siblings watching scary movies, taking her dog to the dog park, and coaching volleyball.
